Refund Policy for Cosmic Sound Bowls®

At Cosmic Sound Bowls®, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy:

Voluntary Return Policy – Store Credit

(1) Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal, Cosmic Sound Bowls voluntarily grants customers the option to return items within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.

(2) In the case of such a voluntary return, no monetary refund will be issued. Instead, Cosmic Sound Bowls will provide a store credit (gift voucher) equal to the original value of the returned item. This voucher is valid for three years from the date of issuance and can be redeemed for any item in the Cosmic Sound Bowls online shop. A cash payout of the voucher value is excluded.

(3) Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in the context of this voluntary return. Prior notice via email is required in order to receive the return form and return address.

(4) This voluntary return policy does not constitute a legal claim and may be altered or discontinued at any time. Statutory rights, especially the right of withdrawal in consumer contracts, remain unaffected.
