1. Cleaning

• Use a soft, lint-free cloth to regularly wipe down the bowl.
• Avoid using harsh cleaning products or chemicals that may damage the crystal.
• For deeper cleaning, you can use lukewarm water with mild soap. Make sure to dry the bowl thoroughly afterward.

2. Storage

• Store your sound bowls in a safe, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. Ideally, use a padded bag or soft surface to prevent accidental damage.

3. Handling

• Handle your bowls with care, as they are fragile. Always lift them with both hands and avoid tapping too hard on the rim or sides.
• When playing the bowl, use the appropriate mallet to avoid scratches or damage to the surface.
• Guide your mallet over the outside of the bowl only when wanting to create sound. Playing the inside of the bowl can cause irreversible damage or even lead to complete breakage.
  

4. Transportation

• When transporting your bowls, use a specially designed carrying case to protect them from impact and scratches. Ensure they are cushioned and secured during travel.

3. Delivery Time

• Worldwide: Shipping time ranges from 7-12 business days, depending on customs and shipping carriers.

4. Tracking Information

• After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

5. Shipping Insurance

• All packages are fully insured during transit. In the rare event of loss or damage, please contact us with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you with the claim.

6. Packaging
