If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the Contractor reserves the right to postpone or cancel the respective event. In this case, the Contractor shall endeavour to inform the participants at least 14 calendar days before the planned event.
If an event is postponed, participants can choose between attending the alternative date offered and a refund of participation fees already paid. If an event is cancelled without substitution, any participation fees already paid will be refunded. The participant shall have no further claims, in particular claims for damages (e.g. cancellation fees for travel or hotel costs) if a training course is changed or cancelled.
The provision of the necessary technical requirements is the sole responsibility of the participant. Non-participation due to technical problems of any kind on the part of the participant does not entitle the participant to a refund. In the event of technical faults on the part of the organiser that delay or interrupt the training by more than 60 minutes, participants will be offered the opportunity to participate on an alternative date per request.
